By accessing and using ColdMail AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ColdMail AI is an AI-powered cold email generation tool. You provide product and customer descriptions, and our AI generates personalized email drafts for your outreach campaigns.

3. Free and Pro Plans

  • Free Plan: 3 email generations per day, basic AI model
  • Pro Plan ($19/month): 100 email generations per day, advanced AI, priority processing

Usage limits reset daily at midnight UTC. We reserve the right to modify plan limits with 30 days notice.

4. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials with others.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for spam, phishing, or any illegal activity
  • Generate emails containing hate speech, harassment, or threats
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the free tier
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI prompts or models
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service

6. Payment and Refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal. You may cancel at any time — your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days.

7. Intellectual Property

Email content generated by the Service is owned by you. ColdMail AI retains no rights to your generated content. However, the Service itself, including its design, code, and AI models, is the property of ColdMail AI.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated emails may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before sending.

9. Limitation of Liability

ColdMail AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
